APIA U Leadership Training 101- Saturday March 17th
The Asian American Studies Program at the University of MN will be hosting a national training on leadership facilitated by OCA this coming spring. The APIA Leadership Training 101 is an interactive college leadership training program that involves hands-on exercises, small group discussions, and presentations. The one-day training assembles Minnesota Asian Pacific Islander students and focuses on self-awareness, team-building, and direct action organizing. Participants will be asked to challenge themselves, share their experiences, and develop leadership tools in order to effectively serve as catalysts for change.
The training is open to all undergraduate students. Students from other colleges and universities in Minnesota is encourage to attend. Please keep a look out for registration information in the upcoming month. For more information, contact Saengmany Ratsabout at email@example.com.
